Our membership benefits go way beyond just being a gym. Our programs, services, and initiatives enable kids to realize their true potential, offer ways for families to have fun together and empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind, and body. We are here to welcome and embrace newcomers and help foster a spirit of community service and pride.
Nationwide Membership - Le Mars YMCA members are welcome to use other participating YMCA facilities throughout the nation at no extra charge.

Financial Assistance- The Le Mars YMCA is a non-profit agency open to all people regardless of age, race, gender, religion or ability to pay. It is our policy that no one will be denied a membership or opportunity to participate in a program at the Le Mars YMCA due to financial reasons. Scholarship application forms are available online at lemarsymca.org under Schedules & Forms and at the Front Desk. You can apply for discounts on memberships, programs or both; you do not need to have a membership to qualify for youth or adult program discounts. All information is kept confidential. Scholarships cannot be used with any other discounts.
Donations to our Annual Campaign enable us to provide these scholarships to qualifying applicants. If you would like to donate to our Annual Campaign, please contact us. The Le Mars YMCA is also a participating agent of the Le Mars United Way Foundation. We are grateful for their support to our scholarship program.
Military Discount - The Le Mars YMCA is proud to offer membership discounts to eligible military families. It’s our way of giving back to those who have dedicated themselves to serving our country. Current active military personnel receive a 25% military discount for an individual membership at the Le Mars YMCA.
Membership Types
Youth: A youth is defined as a child who is 18 years or younger. Children age 6 and under must be with a supervising adult at all times. Youth 7 years old and older are allowed access to the pool, gym, game room, racquet ball room and locker room. Youth 14 years old and older may use the Flex room, cardio room and weight room unsupervised.
Household: A family is defined as two adults living in the same home and their children. All children listed on account must be 18 years old or younger.
Single-Parent Household: A membership for a family with only one parent. All children listed on account must be 18 years or younger.
Household of Two: A membership for two adults that live in the same home.
Adult: A membership for those 19 years old and older.
Senior: A membership for those 55 years old and older.
Young Adult: A membership for thoses aged 19-25years of age.
**We now offer 24hr access to members 18+ with an annual or recurring membership for just $5 more a month!**
