Youth Intensity Program
(entering 7th and up)

This program will prepare the young athlete for upcoming athletic events by enhancing their strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. During this program athletes will be put through actual workouts. Athletes will also enhance their ability to decelerate and change directions, as most sports require.
Location:        LCHS Practice Football Field & YMCA
Duration:        June 6 - July 28 (8 weeks)
Days:              Monday, Wednesday, Thursday        
Time:              10:30am - noon

This youth sports program will prepare athletes for upcoming football and other fall sports by enhancing all the pertinent motor skills necessary to succeed as a football player this fall or as an athlete in any sport. Your child will be put in various situations in order to develop/enhance the necessary motor skills.
