Can you swim Highway 75? Are you currently swimming laps, but never took the time to add up how far you have gone? Now is the time to keep track and map out how far you can swim starting on Highway 75 in Sioux City  and moving north to Luverne, MN. Can't make it the entire 90 miles... no problem!! Earn rewards at pit stop towns along the way. Swim as much as you can between October 1 and April 30. Each time you make it to a pit stop on highway 75 you will get a prize. Complete the course a least once and get a free 1 month indoor pool membership. Water Fitness participants can also join Swim 75 be receiving 1/2 mile for each class attended. Use of lap swim equipment is allowed and encouraged.
