Personal Training Sessions
This program is set up to help individuals learn the proper lifting techniques of a variety of resistance-training exercises along with meeting personal needs such as flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. The program is available to individuals 14 years old and older. Contact the YMCA to set up a time that will fit into your busy schedules!!!

Fee: $120.00 for twelve 1-hour sessions
