
This is a high intensity, results oriented 6 week program. This class
will be geared towards Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Muscular Strength,
Muscular Endurance, and Flexibility. Participants receive optimal outcomes
from a variety of workouts including upper and lower body strength training
and cardio through use of dumbbells, medicine balls, bands, agility, jump
ropes, plyometrics and more! Focus is on Challenges of an active lifestyle
and injury prevention. Can you survive?
