Training for Adult Swimmers (TAS)

Want to take your swimming to the next level? Get the most out of your time in the pool. Learn drills and workouts to help improve technique, speed and endurance. Swimmers will use a variety of pool equipment including, but not limited to fins, kickboards, pull buoy, etc. Experience how interval training can dramatically enhance your swimming workout, while being motivated and challenged. TAS is a great way to train for a triathlon as well.

Le Mars Indoor Aquatic Center
Sessions: November 1 - April 30
Days/Times: TBA, one night workout and one morning workout each month.
Fee:      Indoor Pool Members: Free
               Non-Members:    $4.00/day (includes 1 hour lap swim fee)

Swim 75:
Laps completed during the workout will count towards Swim 75.
