There will be scheduled workouts 4 times per week.  We will go through stroke mechanics, drills, and get in conditioning each day.   This program will take your child to the next skill level while working on conditioning and stroke proficiency.  Join our growing Le Mars Swim Team and compete in the Northwest Iowa Swim Conference swim meets during this 7 week program.  Practice will be held if the air temperature is 55 degrees or higher at 7:50am (546-8811).  Children should have knowledge of the 4 racing strokes to enroll them in this program.
