
This
is an experience that unites the aspects of mind, body, and spirit with a
threefold impact on health. It strengthens your external health by bringing
firmness to your body; it strengthens your internal health by bringing
steadiness of intellect; and it strengthens your innermost health by
bringing kindness of spirit. This class will explore different yoga poses
and postures to achieve balance and well-being. Take a mini vacation from
the day to day turmoil you encounter.
Anne Lubben will be teaching both
the Beginners Class and Sport Class, and Parent/Child class.
