Basic Youth Fitness (6-9 Years Old)
 This program consists of body weight strength training and agility training geared toward kids ages 6-9. Basic Youth Fitness and Advanced Youth Fitness may be combined depending on the number of participants.

Advanced Youth Fitness (10-14 Years Old)
This program consists of weight training and advanced agility training geared toward kids ages 10-14. After passing this class youth can use the weight rooms unsupervised. Basic Youth Fitness and Advanced Youth Fitness may be combined depending on the number of participants.
