Body Sculpting

 

Get energized during this full body workout using integrated strength exercises. This class will utilize body bars, dumbbells, and resistance bands to maximize your strength training experience and get the most efficient strength training workout possible. This workout is easily tailored for the desired intensity. All levels welcome. All equipment is provided.
