Aqua Motion

Aqua Motion is  a mid-impact and mid-intensity water walking and toning class that will incorporate walking, running, skipping and more with and against the current. Approximately the first 30 minutes will be water walking in the flow channel and the last 30 minutes will consist of a variety of upper body and core strength exercises which may use the deep end. Aqua Motion is intended for veteran water fitness participants, as well as people in good physical condition. Challenge yourself as you are motivated and encouraged through this high energy, medium to high paced workout. Water shoes are plastic water bottles are recommended for Aqua Motion. No swimming skills required.
